Account Phone Number is your telephone number that
is registered at the time of opening your account. You can NOT change
your "Account Phone Number" once registered. We recommend that you
choose a telephone number that you use most and is not likely to change
as your Account Phone Number. It could be your cell phone or land line.
Q 15. How many Registered Numbers may be registered by an account?
Maximum 6 Registered Numbers may be registered by an account.
Q 16. Can I change my Registered Number?
You can change all Registered Numbers LESS the first one that you
designated as "Account Phone Number".
Q 17. How Pinless service works?
The account holder dials an access number and when prompted
dials the destination number, it is that simple. If account pre-paid
balance has nearly depleted, the system will prompt for recharging
the account.
Q 18. How to inquire about your current account balance?
Each time you call the access number, you will be told the
balance on your account. There are several other ways to inquire
about your current balance as mentioned below:
- If balance announce preference is disable for your account, dial 123 when prompted to enter destination number.

Customers can register upto 99 different telephone numbers

Yes a toll free surcharge of 1 cent per minute is applied
on all calls accessed through toll free number.

Q 22. Can I be charged by different long distance company when using cell phone?
ATTENTION CELL PHONE USERS: When calling from your cell phone please make sure you do not push the Send button (usually green button on cell phone's keyboard) after entering your destination number. If your cell phone's international calling is activated pushing the Send button will make your call go through your wireless services provider and the related charge (usually very high) will apply(Callline will not be responsible for your misdialing).
